We have 30+ polices and procedures and when a child starts at Young Haymakers we send electronic copies (of most) directly to their parents/carers.

In the office we have a Policy and Procedure folder where all the hard copies of each policy is stored and parents are most welcome to read or indeed receive a hard copy if they so wish.
