Outstanding Education and care in your area

What makes us unique?

Family run setting

We are a small family run business dedicated and passionate to provide high quality early years experiences for young children in and around Waldron. We welcome all children and families at Young Haymakers and we hope you enjoy browsing our website. It provides us with the opportunity to explain and demonstrate our principles and philosophy.

Our aim is to provide a safe, secure, welcoming and friendly environment, where children will be inspired to be confident, active learners to enable them to reach their full potential, in all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

We are situated in the heart of stunning countryside near Waldron.  We have safe access to surrounding fields and nearby woodland.

Please also read our 'Mission Statement' in the Information for Parents section.

Our Nursery provides childcare and education for toddlers and children aged from 24 months old to school age (5 years of age).  We are registered for a maximum of 30 children per session.

The nursery is open 38 weeks a year, from 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.  With options for all year round sessions with our holiday club sessions throughout the holidays. See our Fees and Funding page for session times.

We are registered as a full day care provision with OFSTED. Click here to view our latest inspection report.

The goal of every childhood education should be to activate the child's own natural desire to learn
